Assemble the ingredients as pictured above…..simple as that (wink) and ENJOY! I always try to have a fruit or veggie as a side to up my antioxidant intake! The spinach and avocado in this sandwich offer a great source of healthy fats and folate¬†….YUM…now get to eatin’! Dovidenia!
