With a few simple ingredients and an Instant Pot you can make this dinner in mere minutes. I love this recipe its perfect to add to your weekly menu plan because of it’s simplicity. Check out this Instant Pot version if you don’t have one yet.

How to make this delicious Instant Pot Crack Chicken Recipe:

Ingredients:

1 ½ pound cubed chicken breast

8 slices of bacon

½ cup onion

1 cup diced carrot

1 cup diced celery

4 cup chicken broth

10-12 oz spaghetti noodles

1 cup shredded cheddar

½ cup shredded pepper jack cheese

1 cup ½ and ½

1 packet of dry ranch dip seasoning

2-4 pinches of red pepper powder

1 tsp minced garlic

Salt and Pepper to taste

Creamy crack Chicken Directions:

  1. Dice up all the ingredients and set aside.
  2. Set the Instant pot on “sautee”.
  3. Add chicken, bacon, onion and garlic and sautee for 8 minutes.
  4. Add remaining ingredients to pot in exception to the cheese and ½ and ½ . Make sure past is fully covered with broth.
  5. Cover pot with lid and seal. Close valve.
  6. Cook on manual for 5 minutes.
  7. Once done you can quick release the steam and then remove the lid.
  8. Add the cheese and cream and stir in. Enjoy!
