The aroma of cinnamon, sugar and pumpkin permeating our old farmhouse is something I hope evokes special memories for my children. Baking in the Fall and Winter is a simple way to express my love for others. Today I made the most delicious cinnamon rolls from Immaculate Baking. They were so good, simple to make and most importantly a wholesome treat I felt good about offering to my family. I added a cozy twist making Cinnamon Rolls with Pumpkin Spice Icing!
The leaves are starting to fall on the farm. We are getting the farm and animals prepared for Winter and I am enjoying baking things that bring a sense of warmth to our home. Life has served us a dish of chaos and stress since the Summer. With that being said, baking something wholesome and free of hydrogenated fats makes this momma and Registered Dietitian happy.
Just open the container and pull out the ready made cinnamon roll dough. Lay them out on a greased pan (I used a bit of olive oil.) Preheat the oven at 350 degrees F. Bake for 20 minutes.
While your home is being filled with the yummy aromas of cinnamon, spice and everything nice make your icing. Use the icing included in the packaging but add 1 1/2 Tbsp pumpkin puree and 1-2 tsp of pumpkin pie spice. Mix it all together and you have pumpkin spice icing!

These look perfect for the holiday season. We do regular cinnamon ones for breakfast but could switch it up for the holiday
This is fantastic. All I have to do is pop it in the oven and I got delicious goodies in a flash. Thanks for the idea of adding pumpkin puree and pumpkin spice. That would make it even more delicious. Adding this to my grocery list.
What a smart idea, cinnamon rolls are the best idea but then adding pumpkin spice icing, ahh that is fall perfection right there
I love cinnamon rolls but I haven’t tried the pumpkin spice. I’ll definitely try this soon! Looks delicious
I have not had cinnamon rolls in a long time. Too bad I’m one of the only people who doesn’t care for the pumpkin spice. I don’t buy cinnamon rolls very often. They are a special treat in our house.
