Hydration is key to the success of our health and self care regimen. Besides water and low calorie beverages there are many other ways to help get adequate hydration into our bodies. Any food that becomes liquid at room temperature can be counted toward your daily needs for hydration. Foods such as Popsicles, jello, smoothies and soups are some examples of this. Another wonderful source of hydration you may not have known about is PRODUCE! Produce is comprised largely of water and of course vitamins!
