A delicious twist on a classic appetizer.
Chop your onions, tomato and avocado.
Place the avocado aside.
Add the onions and tomatoes to a cooking pan on low heat and toss
with olive oil.
Cook and toss with salt , pepper, basal mic and lemon juice for
about 5 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Toss diced avocado and fresh basil leaves
Serve on French bread and top with a pinch of Parmesan and more balsamic if you prefer.
