Spring evokes an increased energy within me! The blooming of the trees and the sprouting of new flowers….aah I love it….don’t you? I find my taste buds and intuitive hunger switches to lighter more “fresh” meals. Nothing sounds better that a crisp and cool Strawberry Spinach Salad with flavorful berries paired with feta and sweet candied walnuts! Well there I go…I gave away the ingredients before I even began! I must be hungry!


Strawberry and spinach salad as a healthy spring side dish.

Strawberry Spinach Salad Ingredients:

  • Spinach
  • Strawberries and raspberries
  • Candied walnuts
  • Feta cheese
  • Raspberry or strawberry vinaigrette
  1. Take all those ingredients and toss them in a bowl to your liking!
  2. Top with your favorite berry vinaigrette.

This Strawberry Spinach Salad does your body good by offering fiber, antioxidants and healthy omega 3 fatty acids! Enjoy.
