An easy and comforting ditch oven classic meal.
Cook your ground beef in a skillet until browned.
Add in the cans of beans with the liquid and ALL the other ingredients. Stir and let simmer on low for 15-30 min with lid on - stir every so often.
Serve with cheese and sliced jalapeños and a side of corn bread. (We didn't do anything fancy just a boxed cornbread and it was still yummy with butter and honey on the side).
