Ingredients

  • 8 oz ripe avocado peeled and pitted
  • 2 tsp sea salt and pepper
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes may increase or decrease this based on your preferance
  • 2 slices rustic sour dough bread each slice is palm size

Instructions

  1. Cut, peel and pit the avocado.

  2. Mash avocado with a fork.

  3. Add salt, pepper and red pepper flakes and continue to mash.

  4. Place 2 Tbsp of mixture on each slice of bread and enjoy! ~110 kcal, 3g protein, 5 g fat per serving
