My Mason Jar Rainbow Parfait not only is a perfect healthy treat to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day but also is a simple inspiration to promote health and balance all year long!

Fruit is rich is antioxidants and fiber that are so good for your body! To create the rainbow affect you can pick from an array of different colored fruits.
Rainbow Parfait Ingredients:
- Red Raspberries
- Cutie orange
- Green grapes
- Low-fat vanilla yogurt
- A sprinkle of marshmallows (optional) or coconut
I used a 1pt Ball Mason Jars – Case of 12
and chose to decorate mine for St. Patrick’s Day as a fun treat for the kids that was healthy. Just arrange ingredients in the order of marshmallows, yogurt, raspberries, orange, banana, grapes and blueberries! Your rainbow is complete! My husband and the little ones approved! Dovidenia. XO
