For very good reasons, Essential Oils have been a hot topic of interest. You may have heard of  using Essential oils to aid the common cold or calm a fussy child but have you ever heard of it as an ingredient in dessert? What about a dessert that is halfway healthy to boot? A little known way to use Essential Oils will make you an Essential oil fan if you aren’t already! Health, yummy food and contentment are what I have in store for you!

Healthy Fruit Dip with Citrus Essential Oils
Did you know that citrus oils contain many powerful components to health promotion?
  • Limonene which is an antioxidant
  • Promotion of mental well being and uplifted mood due to its fresh aroma
  • Encourages healthy stress management related to aroma when diffused
  • Maintains healthy digestion
That being said, orange oil is my most favorite for its sweet and juicy aroma that makes you almost taste it just with one smell. This fruit and citrus dip is a new way you can use essential oil which will also increase your antioxidant intake!

Fruit and Citrus Dip
A simple recipe that can be whipped up in minutes is always my favorite!
  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 8 oz marshmallow cream
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  •  2-4 drops of essential citrus oil


  1. Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  2. Chill and enjoy!

Serve with your favorite fruit.
